NightCaps are perfect for those who want to preserve their hairstyle overnight. Great for fine hair, curly hair, wavy hair or finicky hair (otherwise known as hair that has a mind of it's own!).
The NightCap is made from gorgeous, ultra-lightweight, super-smooth charmeuse satin - both the inner and outer layers. Unlike cotton, the super lightweight satin cushions your hair as you sleep, protecting your hair from friction caused by tossing and turning. The wide elastic around the edge will keep your cap in place while you sleep.
HOW TO USE YOUR NIGHTCAP: - Lean forward and allow your hair to fall over your face. Pull the NightCap on your head from the back until your entire head is inside. You want the button to be at the front, above your forehead. - Stand upright, gently shake your head to ensure it's snuggly inside. Tuck in any stragglers. - Alternatively, you may wish to loosely tie your hair on top of your head first (ie: 'pineapple') then pop your NightCap on. There are no rules here - try out both these options and see which works the best for your hair! - Attach the elastic loop at the bottom of the Nightcap to the button on the top/front. This keeps your hair out of the way while you sleep. At this point, you may also wish to twist the cap's excess before you button it, to remove some of the bulk of fabric (if you hair is fine or not as long).
NOTE: - NightCaps are machine washable. Air dry only (not suitable for tumble drying due to the satin being so delicate). - If your NightCap moves around a lot during the night, you may wish to secure it with one or two bobby pins at the temple. The choice is yours.
