If you wet-plop, chances are you also micro-plop. This practice involves using 100% cotton to remove excess moisture/product from your hair after you've taken it out of the wet-plop. It's a milder version of the dry-plop, in essence. Towelling and microfibre fabric can remove too much moisture so it's a widely-held belief that using an old t-shirt to do this job is a much better option for your hair. As an advocate of both the wet-plop and micro-plopping techniques, I can wholeheartedly agree with this. It really works!
In that vein, I've used a thicker-than-usual 100% cotton jersey to make these T-Shirt Towels. Finished with binding (so they last longer and look prettier!), they will earn their place in your routine in no time. Their size makes them ideal for travel too! Super soft and very lightweight, they don't remove too much moisture from your hair, and are a very smooth and soft surface, therefore not causing frizz like towelling and microfibre fabrics can. They also dry fairly quickly compared to other fabrics.
